Supra 181
Supra 181 is a vegetable oil and sunflower lecithin blend designed to assist in the release of a wide variety of foods. It can be used in preparation areas, on cooking surfaces, sheet pans or conveyors, on products such as bread, candy, pizza. The product may also be used as a general release agent in restaurants, or anywhere a thin coating of release is required. This product does not contain mineral oil or allergens.
