Supra 125 Release Oil
Synova’s Supra 125 Release Oil is a clean label formula made up of a blend of vegetable oil and soy lecithin and is designed to assist in the release of a wide variety of foods. It can be used in preparation areas, on cooking surfaces, sheet pans, or conveyors, or on products such as bread, candy, and pizza. The product may also be used as a general release agent in restaurants or anywhere a thin coating of release is required. Supra 125 does not contain mineral oil.
Supra 125 Release Oil is available to purchase in bulk for professional kitchens and industrial applications, including in the popular 55 gallon steel drum size.
