Supra 182 Release Oil is an allergen-free vegetable oil, mineral oil, and sunflower lecithin blend designed to assist in the release of bread, pizza, waffles, and other foods from preparation or cooking surfaces. This formulation is an amber color mixture that does not congeal at colder temperatures. and was developed for use as a food processing aid.
