Supra 185 Release Oil
Supra 185 Release Oil is an allergen-free, clean label blend of vegetable oil and sunflower lecithin designed to assist in the release of a wide variety of foods. It can be used in preparation areas, on cooking surfaces, sheet pans, or conveyors, or on products such as bread, candy, and pizza. The product may also be used as a general release agent in restaurants or anywhere a thin coating of non-allergenic release is required.
