Supra 135 Release Oil
Synova’s Supra 135 Release Oil is a classic blend of vegetable oil, coconut oil, mineral oil, soy lecithin, and sorbic acid, and is used for bread release and other baked goods. The product may also be used as a general release agent in restaurants or anywhere a thin coating of release is required.
