Supra 140 Release Oil
Supra 140 Release Oil is an allergen-free, clean label, GMO-free oil and lecithin blend designed to assist in the release of a wide variety of foods. It can be used in preparation areas, on cooking surfaces, sheet pans, or conveyors, or on products such as bread, candy, and pizza. The product may also be used as a general release agent in restaurants or anywhere a thin coating of release is required. Supra 140 does not contain mineral oil.
