Supra 185

Supra 185 is an allergen free blend of vegetable oil and sunflower lecithin designed to assist in the release of a wide variety of foods. It can be used in preparation areas, on cooking surfaces, sheet pans or conveyors, on products such as bread, candy, pizza. The product may also be used as a general release agent in restaurants, or anywhere a thin coating of non-allergenic release is required. This product does not contain mineral oil.
